MAI THAI BABY!

Today happens to be the day my company's new website launches, I have a tasting today at 1:00 pm, and I have to be at my NBA client Dion Waiters home for Day 6 of my Personal Chef gig. I am extremely excited! I felt compelled this morning to speak about my trip to Thailand. Phuket, Thailand had to be the trip that brought things full circle for me. I was able to think clearly, rest, and create the idea behind my new production company Billy Goat Productions. While in Thailand I enjoyed endless amounts of great food, top accommodations, wildlife, and I even experienced a bit of partying which I haven’t done in a very long time. It was an amazing feeling to ride an elephant and receive a massage from an elephant's trunk... LOL yea the trunk!

The people were so gracious and polite; I didn’t understand why. After further investigation, I realized it's a part of their culture. That's something I really admire! The weather was HOT!!! The beaches were cool, the scenery was to die for and the sights were awesome. I hope those reading this place Thailand on their list of places to visit. You won't regret it!
